What we collect

If you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the name and contact number or email address you type in, your message, and which motorcycle you were looking at.

That is all. We do not ask for, and this website has no way to take, any payment or banking details.

Why we collect it

Solely so that we can reply to you about the motorcycle you asked about. Your enquiry is sent to us on WhatsApp and a copy is kept so that a message is not missed.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Tracking

This website carries no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you and we cannot see which pages you visited.

The only cookie the site sets is the one that keeps the owner signed in to the private admin area. It does nothing on the public pages.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Enquiries are stored in a secured database and are visible only to the owner of this business. We keep them for as long as they are useful for following up a sale, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act you are entitled to do so, and we will action any such request.

Enquiries hand off to WhatsApp, and we link to our Facebook group. Once you are on those services you are covered by their privacy policies, not this one.
