This, the S version was factory "massaged" FS650's.
Billet hubs instead of the cast units, thicker/stiffer billet tripples, hand guards, polished and coated fork springs, polished fork preload adjuster, a coated/surface treated connecting rod, and some other little nifty bits like that.
The conrods have some sort of surface treatment done to them that work better with oil and heat and therefore will last longer. Presumably they did the same to other pieces in the motor and gearbox.
Either way, it's light, VERY powerful and kicks all ass!
